The super-reputable British singer-songwriter / slide guitarist TROY REDFERN‘s “Invocation” headline UK tour is scheduled to begin on June 17th, 2024.
We have described the musician’s special brand of whip-stitching guitarcraft as “multilayered, rawboned, and electromotive...”
The 4th single from the eagerly awaited Invocation album (due on 17th May 2024 via RED7 Records) is titled “The Calling” and is out today 1st March, 2024.
“The Calling” is a bewitchingly glowering piece, without becoming morose… arriving as a sequence of extended melodic phrases that appear to be enclosed in a delicately patterned, rhythmic wreath of shadows. Indeed, it is truly transcendental! 
The eleven-date UK headline tour will include numbers from this and promises to be an experimental artistic declaration that will be crammed with resilience and passion!
