The well-beloved and most durable progressive metal /hard rock icons in the world: URIAH HEEP will release their 25th studio album “Living The Dream” on September 14th via Frontiers Records.
The lyrics for “Grazed By Heaven” were written by Jeff Scott Soto with the music written by bassist Dave Rimmer.
The song is a whirlwind of Purplesque keys and swirly guitar — with a tremendous melody and those legendary vocals that never quite become a caterwauling nightmare but, nevertheless, still thrill to the bone more than a bobcat-wail on a dark night. Splendid alchemy. They found their universal elixir in hard-edged prog-rock circa 1969 and have stayed faithful ever since.
The band has announced a full World Tour to support the album which will last until the whole first quarter of 2019, including five UK dates in December 2018 [dates below vid]
